How long does this process take?
Less than an hour. Xpress Shopping is a quick and seamless process. We want our guests to be able to upgrade their car without taking time away from what’s important to them.
Do I ever have to step foot in the dealership?
Not unless you want to. Every step of the car buying process can be completed online. And when you find your dream new or new-to-you car, we can even deliver it to you with Gettel To Go.
Can I value my trade online?
Absolutely. You can value your trade online. Our trade-in offers are through Kelley Blue Book®, so you can feel confident that you’re getting a fair and reasonable offer for your vehicle. Your trade-in offer can be applied to your purchase or lease.
Will I still get the maximum incentives that the dealer offers?
Yes. You can shop our new vehicle specials online, but our Xpress Shopping process will show you all the vehicle specials you qualify for, similar to how we would in a dealership. You do not have to worry about missing any savings on your new car.
Can I still add GAP coverage and other add-ons?
