This is the email I sent to the GM 2x and still no response Would never buy from Gettel again My name is William Moore I have bought several cars from your dealership so has my husband and referred you to many people in my business at New College of Florida, Ringling Museum FSU and USF Sarasota. I have to tell you I was most disappointed this time with the salesperson and the follow through of team. I feel for the first time I am a number and not part of the Gettel Family. I purchased a New Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid in the middle of May when I brought my Hyundai Tucson in for service (which I was thrilled with). I spoke to Michelle about what I was looking for what I had to place down and the terms I wanted. I really wanted a 60 month did not fit in my budget so went to 72 months which I was fine with. When I got into Finance it went to 7 months at that point to late to turn back 2nd mistake. 1st mistake I was told to come back at 4pm and car would be ready and that I would sign then. I waited in the car repair waiting room for 45mins waiting on Michelle trying to complete another sale with a couple and she stated to me She was sorry she did not know I was there. 1st Mistake. When I checked the car out, I saw a dent and chip on the driver's side and usually would not take the vehicle if not in pristine condition. but was told by Michelle I will put a request into service to take care over 3 months no phone call I WANT THIS TAKEN CRE OF IMMEDITELY! 3rd Mistake. No follow up how is your car are you enjoying nothing cricket's 4th mistake. This is not what I expect from Gettel. Ryan had given me your email address. He said he was going to speak to Michelle also I never heard anything since him and I spoke on July 11th. He stated that it showed in my records that Michelle tried to call I went to my phone records and received nothing from Gettel the last 2 weeks of July. I will not recommend nor ever purchase a car from any Gettel again. I have also reached out to Hyundai USA. It seems since your big remodel standards are lacking.

Just about a month ago I had an appointment for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata for a call back service. As I was already manifesting a newer car. Everyone is very nice and the waiting area for service is accommodating, however,the wait time for service needs to be addressed. I had a 1030am appointment and my car wasn't taken to the garage until 1135. It's possible they were understaffed due to the upcoming holiday weekend, but it was very inconvenient, as I am a night worker and I like to be in bed by 1pm, but didn't leave there until 130pm.
