Unfortunately, there wasn't anything in place to let me know or continue the communication, so I was left feeling completely forgotten. After some time, I decided to call back and was put in contact with Howard. From that point on, the experience completely turned around. Howard has honestly been one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Between him, the finance manager, and the warranty team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt taken care of. We're both extremely happy with the car and, in the end, very happy with the purchasing experience. I can absolutely recommend this dealership, and I especially recommend asking for Howard Finkelstein if you're in the market for a vehicle. To be fair, I haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I'll reserve judgment there. Of course, something else comparable was available to look at. It is a nice car and I bought it, though, it wasn't the 'deal' like the advertised one. There's no way to know if this is what actually happened in my case. But, as always, Buyers beware. Other than this potential issue, the buying experience was easy enough to navigate and people were pleasant.

Have had great experience here, bought my first new Venue here and recently did a trade for Sonata Hybrid. A great welcoming and friendly staff, really liked overall service approach towards customers. Highly recommended.
