The excitement of a new purchase tends to wear off over time, and I think that leads to a much more honest review It's coming up on three months of ownership with my 2026 Elantra N, and I have to say my very first interactions with this dealership was not great, quite frankly it was terrible. I had two salespeople who assured me on two separate occasions they'd follow up and help with my purchase, but unbeknownst to me, they had both left the company. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything in place to let me know or continue the communication, so I was left feeling completely forgotten. After some time, I decided to call back and was put in contact with Howard. From that point on, the experience completely turned around. Howard has honestly been one of the best salesmen I've ever dealt with. Between him, the finance manager, and the warranty team, everyone went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt taken care of. We're both extremely happy with the car and, in the end, very happy with the purchasing experience. I can absolutely recommend this dealership, and I especially recommend asking for Howard Finkelstein if you're in the market for a vehicle. To be fair, I haven't had any experience with the service department yet, so I'll reserve judgment there. I have seen some of the other reviews and am a little cautious about what that experience may be like, but if it's anything like the way Howard and the rest of the team treated us, I'm feeling much more optimistic. From the first contact all the way through my vehicle being serviced, Gus was very helpful, communicative, quick, and kind. Gus made sure to communicate every step of the way and was fast to respond, and made the process of engine replacement so easy and painless. Right away, some glass company inspected the windshield and started in on a high pressure campaign for us to pay them to replace our windshield. The guy kept saying that it was Florida law that we had to get it replaced. We finally told him that we would check with our insurance company about the windshield. They did pay to Uber us home and back, since we did not have alternative transportation. Other than the extremely annoying high pressure sales pitch, the service was good. Please do not let this glass company continue to hassle your customers, as it is extremely annoying.

Of course, something else comparable was available to look at. It is a nice car and I bought it, though, it wasn't the 'deal' like the advertised one. Today, I see that the FTC has warned many dealerships in the country, including Gettle, to "stop engaging in deceptive pricing practices" like "Advertising unavailable or nonexistent vehicles." There's no way to know if this is what actually happened in my case. But, as always, Buyers beware. Other than this potential issue, the buying experience was easy enough to navigate and people were pleasant.

Have had great experience here, bought my first new Venue here and recently did a trade for Sonata Hybrid. A great welcoming and friendly staff, really liked overall service approach towards customers. Highly recommended.
