My service rep, Tiffany Ferrara, is very helpful and does a great job of explaining work that will be done and keeps me updated on progress. I was only in for routine service but while waiting I saw her very patiently explaining some repairs to an elderly lady and reassuring her that she would be well taken care of. Overall, service dept has taken good care of my SUV the last several years.

You can tell when people genuinely care and want to help… Tiffany as a service advisor and Jay as the GM exemplify this. I was a customer in FL and moved back to PA recently. One of the best dealerships I have ever visited and serious, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want and most importantly the saleswoman who helped me. Her name is Michelle, a super person and human being. The best purchase I have ever made in my life was at that place and I didn't trust the dealer because at the Honda Westford in Tampa they cheated me with a purchase I made. But that place is 100 stars.

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Gettel Hyundai and had a good experience. I had messaged with a sales person in advance, as I live a few hours away, and had an agreed upon price prior to making the trip to the dealership. The whole process did still take a few hours, going through the financing and whatnot, but overall was an easy process.
I have been having my car serviced here for a couple years now. The service team has always been excellent. The guys in the back are efficient and thorough. Definitely take your car here if it needs to be serviced.

First time visit to explain our request for lease wrap at end of Toyota lease. Visit and test drive short and pleasant experience. Accepted first deal offers to take home review and comment. Over next two weekend days did additional research and several calls with sales to work and clarify questions and make corrections resulting in several offer versions. Agreed and returned to finalize and drive home with our new Tuscon. Total elapsed dealer time 2 1/2 hours, best ever!
If I could give no stars, believe me I would... I took my car for regular maintenance to be done for the February date posted on my windshield... I guess I needed other items done to which no of this was explained to me to include pricing in detail and to see if I could afford such items to be done... I was told to sign and initial, but that's what is done every time you go there... now it's my fault that I didn't question prices/charges and $700 later... go f yourself and pay it up!!!! ...

We recently purchased a 2025 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Our salesman was Alan Rangoonanan. He was an excellent listener and took the time to hear what we wanted, from features to colors. Gettel did step up and cover the repairs, but it took numerous trips, calls, emails, etc. Also, for what it’s worth, if the GM was really concerned about addressing our issues he could have reached out to us (obviously has all our information). Went to many different dealerships in Bradenton and Sarasota looking for a new vehicle. Across them all this dealership had the best sales staff out of them all. They were super transparent, easy to work with, fast and didn't make me wait around for pricing or managers, and most importantly helped me get the best deal possible through rebates, incentives, etc. to a deal I felt was very good to me. Back in October I had taken my car (2018 Elantra) to the service department because my check engine light had come on. When we got there, everyone was kind and helpful, I don't want to take that away from them. I bought a tire and got an oil change from Gettel Hyundai on Wednesday. I was helped by the Assistant Service Manager Mr Brandon. He was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion.
