My service rep, Tiffany Ferrara, is very helpful and does a great job of explaining work that will be done and keeps me updated on progress. I was only in for routine service but while waiting I saw her very patiently explaining some repairs to an elderly lady and reassuring her that she would be well taken care of. Overall, service dept has taken good care of my SUV the last several years.

My experience was one of the best experiences since Ive been coming to this dealership! Tiffany Ferrara was my advisor in service department and she went above and beyond. She went out of her required duties to make a difference with my experience by printing me an extra oil change sticker because mine fell off to make sure my car wouldn’t go without the next service. I unexpectedly dropped my car off the night before so it was dirty but that’s not how I picked it up Tiffany had her team clean my car so my beautiful sparkly white car was all clean and ready for me to be picked up in the bay. Tiffany also walked me through my warranty’s and gave me some added information I didn’t know about. But 10/10 highly recommended to all that may consider getting care here !

You can tell when people genuinely care and want to help… Tiffany as a service advisor and Jay as the GM exemplify this. I was a customer in FL and moved back to PA recently. I have had some issues at my current Hyundai dealership in PA and both Tiffany and Jay have gone above and beyond to help and I’m not even in the state anymore… that says a lot about the staff and dealership.
