Great experience- Gave us a good deal and the finance team that is normally super pushy and annoying at most dealers were outstanding to deal with. Great sales team. Place has a comfortable waiting room for service. If you need a car talk to Halim, he is a great guy. We went in 2 or 3 months ago just to look and we told him that. He took his time with us and was a wealth of information. We went in a few days ago and he remembered us. Just a note but I wasn’t dressed like I was ready to buy or do business, but he was just a good dude and didn’t waste our time. Can’t recommend him or this dealership enough.

Well Gettel dealerships are Fantastic!! The ONLY complaint that I have is there REDICULAS POLICY on there drop off policy!! I mean WHO can go without there car??? I'm telling you it's REDICULAS!!!!!! But now the service that I got on my 2021 Hyundai elantra was Wonderful!! I can drive my car now an know that it's completely safe thanks to the techs a Gettel Hyundai!! Thank you guys!!!

Good morning, on Friday I brought my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in for an oil change. I was greeted by George who is the service lane manager who is very pleasant and friendly while my Santa Fe was being serviced. I took a walk around the showroom was greeted by Jay Alexander who is the manager. Jay made me feel very comfortable And said if there’s anything he could do while I’m waiting to let him know I fell in love with the 2024 Santa Fe went and got Jay who then introduced me to Michelle who is the vehicle exchange specialist Michelle was unbelievably the nicest person you would ever want to sit down and talk to after a little negotiating. I wound up buying the 2024 Santa Fe. My experience was wonderful and I highly recommend going to check out the new showroom which was beautiful and see Michelle if you are looking for a new car

Great service from the salesman Encho Enev. Did a great job explaining the basics of the car and infotainment system quickly and thoroughly. Very efficient in setting the car up for me as well as integrating smart phone and Hyundai services. The business person was equally helpful and efficient. This was by far the fastest car purchase and best service I’ve ever experienced. On top of this they had the best price. The car so far has meet and exceeded my lofty expectations. Great people service and car, couldn’t ask for more. You have to tryout the Santa Fe Calligraphy trim if you looking for a new vehicle.

Let me start off by saying, this place is absolutely AMAZING! The level of professionalism and hospitality is beyond expectations - the showroom is beautiful and very inviting. I have purchased a fair amount of vehicles for myself in the past, with Hyundai’s being my most recent purchases, each being from different Hyundai dealers around central FL and Gettel of Lakewood provided the most pleasant experience…by a long shot. I live in Orlando and was helping my mom look for a vehicle online and this location popped up as a suggestion, and at first, I was hesitant about the long drive. When I called to inquire about a vehicle we were interested in, Kaylee answered and was the nicest, sweetest person I could have hoped to speak with and immediately, we made an appointment. We initially thought of going on a day that I was off from work but my mom just couldn’t wait any longer. So we decided to go sooner than anticipated and I called Kaylee back and she had no problem getting us in that same day, at short notice. We ended up arriving an hour before closing and as soon as we got to the door, we were immediately greeted by Kaylee, who knew exactly who we were, followed by Michelle, the salesperson who would be helping us out. Michelle was wonderful…no amount of words could describe how impressed we were by her. Michelle made the whole transaction so smooth and effortless, never made us feel rushed, even as the end of business hours was nearing. We never once felt pressured and made sure all of our questions were answered and concerns addressed. She was so very accommodating and patient. We were initially looking to buy a Certified Used vehicle, but Michelle worked her magic and got my mom into a BRAND NEW vehicle at a deal we could not pass on. Michelle even waited, well past closing time, until we were done signing the documents with Joshua in Finance, to ensure that we were taken care of and happy, before we drove away. I will definitely be returning, when the time comes for another new vehicle. This place is worth the drive…no matter where you are in Florida. You will not regret it! My 2020 Tucson AC went out which is no bueno in Fl heat. I tried to make an appointment on line but couldn’t get in for two weeks! I called the service manager and talked to Carmelo Aponte. He said to bring it in right away. They had to get parts and do other services so it took a couple weeks but the fixed me up with a nice rental SUV with AC and took care of the bill. When I got my car back all the servicing was done, new evaporator in my AC, the motor in my power window replaced and it was great to get back into my Tucson. I love the way it drives and handles with ease. Thank you Carmelo and thank you Hyundai service department.

Great experience from start to finish. I showed up with another car in mind at another dealership and was fully expecting to get some numbers from Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood as a bargaining chip at Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota. Instead, I got a much better deal on a better vehicle at Lakewood and purchased there instead. Minimal bargaining required, and they fixed up all physical concerns I had to make sure we were driving a safe car off the lot. Thank you!
