Went to many different dealerships in Bradenton and Sarasota looking for a new vehicle. Across them all this dealership had the best sales staff out of them all. They were super transparent, easy to work with, fast and didn't make me wait around for pricing or managers, and most importantly helped me get the best deal possible through rebates, incentives, etc. to a deal I felt was very good to me. He was a joy to work with! He and Sales Manager Alan, made the buying experience fun (or as fun as it can be, lol). Oh wow…I absolutely LOVE my new Hyundai Tucson! The technology is amazing…I can even unlock/lock and drive it with just my Apple Watch! While I would normally take my purse with the car keys, I forgot it, and it works without the key fob. I bought a tire and got an oil change from Gettel Hyundai on Wednesday. I was helped by the Assistant Service Manager Mr Brandon. He was able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. The next day my tire got flat due to a piece of metal going through my tire. I was able to make back to Gettel Hyundai in the mist of this. Spoke to Mr Brandon again and he was able to get me my spare tire on until he order my replace tire. Once the replace tire came in Mr Brandon immediately call me to have me come in to put on my tire. He was to get all of this done for me at no charge. The team at Gettel Hyundai are amazing and I truly appreciate them for everything they due there
