I can absolutely recommend this dealership, and I especially recommend asking for Howard Finkelstein if you're in the market for a vehicle. My husband took our Hyundai Tucson in for routine oil change and tire rotation. Right away, some glass company inspected the windshield and started in on a high pressure campaign for us to pay them to replace our windshield. The guy kept saying that it was Florida law that we had to get it replaced. We finally told him that we would check with our insurance company about the windshield. We do not need hassled when we are trying to get maintenance. We then were told that it would be 4 hours, with all of the updates that needed to be done. They did pay to Uber us home and back, since we did not have alternative transportation. Other than the extremely annoying high pressure sales pitch, the service was good. Please do not let this glass company continue to hassle your customers, as it is extremely annoying.

When I bought my used car recently, I thought it was just bad luck that the car I had seen advertised and went to look at had 'just been sold.' Of course, something else comparable was available to look at. It is a nice car and I bought it, though, it wasn't the 'deal' like the advertised one. Today, I see that the FTC has warned many dealerships in the country, including Gettle, to "stop engaging in deceptive pricing practices" like "Advertising unavailable or nonexistent vehicles." There's no way to know if this is what actually happened in my case. But, as always, Buyers beware. Other than this potential issue, the buying experience was easy enough to navigate and people were pleasant.

Have had great experience here, bought my first new Venue here and recently did a trade for Sonata Hybrid. A great welcoming and friendly staff, really liked overall service approach towards customers. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd vehicle from Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood and my experience has been wonderful every time. Megan was excellent and she was able to get me in the SUV I wanted at the payment I needed. Finance took less than 30 mins and made the transaction quick and painless. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
