Despite it pouring rain he was willing to show us the car under roof and test drive. He was great to work with and not pushy. Just about a month ago I had an appointment for my 2018 Hyundai Sonata for a call back service. As I was already manifesting a newer car. Everyone is very nice and the waiting area for service is accommodating, however,the wait time for service needs to be addressed. I had a 1030am appointment and my car wasn't taken to the garage until 1135. It's possible they were understaffed due to the upcoming holiday weekend, but it was very inconvenient, as I am a night worker and I like to be in bed by 1pm, but didn't leave there until 130pm.
