Update: one day with her new used car and she found her lights didn’t work (one on high beam, one regular, couldn’t change, back light completely out). Gus is the best Service Advisor. He approached me right away and asked if anyone was helping me. He gave me advice, told me what would happen every step of the way and when the lug nut set came in he put them on my vehicle himself! Everyone is very nice and the waiting area for service is accommodating, however,the wait time for service needs to be addressed. I had a 1030am appointment and my car wasn't taken to the garage until 1135. It's possible they were understaffed due to the upcoming holiday weekend, but it was very inconvenient, as I am a night worker and I like to be in bed by 1pm, but didn't leave there until 130pm.
